What is the maximum size the SQL database using MSDE?

Resolution

The MSDE server software distributed with I/NET Seven imposes a 2GB restriction on database size. Larger facilities, particularly those using image verification and/or AMT archiving, could potentially encounter data storage problems due to this restriction, and should consider upgrading to SQL Server 2000. Refer to TCON 300.
