Issue
Making changes in a personnel object from WebClient logs the user out with the error:
Web.Client is currently unavailable, if the problem continues, contact your system administrator.

Cause
The name of one or more areas attached to the personnel object contain non alpha numeric characters such as commas.
Resolution
Remove offending character from area's name.
