Issue

LonMaker restore backup error message: "The operation failed because access was denied to the target drive or directory. Please verify that you have write access"

Cause

This will happen if the TAC Vista server is running and already using the database.

Resolution

1. Close TAC Vista server and try again.
2. If that doesn't work, make sure that you have full write access to the folder you are restoring to and that you are an administrator on the PC.
