Issue
Can not limit the setpoint offset high and low limits when using "offset" mode in the STR-350.

Cause
When viewing the controller data in degrees Fahrenheit, an offset must be applied to each value.
Resolution
- In the plug-in, set the STR to use setpoint offset mode instead of absolute setpoint.
- Browse the controller with the LonMaker browser.
- Scroll to nciSetpointHigh and nciSetpointLow.

Start from 32 and set your two NCIs as desired.
For example: If you wanted your occupant to have the ability to adjust ±5°F, set nciSetpointHigh to 37 and nciSetpointLow to 27.
