Cause
Plugins for EcoStruxure Buildings Operation are not included in these releases.
Resolution
Download the TAC Vista 5.1.9 tool pack and this will install the 100 series controller plugin and Z-Builder programming tool.
Once this is installed EBO will be able to access these plugin when used with Open LNS.
