Issue
Customer has an older ENC-520-2 and has run out of memory for his station programming. His ENC has only 128mb of memory, not the 256mb of memory in the current ENC-520-2 controllers.
Environment
ENC-520-2 or ENC-520-2-N manufactured in Rockford (SN xxxxxB) prior to BootFlash upgrade.
Cause
Manufacturing change.
Resolution
The base memory (128mb) version of the ENC-520-2 cannot be field upgraded to extended memory (256mb) due to other component changes on the controller circuit board.
