Cause
IMI and Datacard are two different platforms with a defined upgrade path between them.
Resolution
The Flashpoint and Flashpoint lite, as most of the TWAIN devices are supported by the Datacard system. However, if the grabber card you have is not supported, a new card can be purchased from Datacard.
