Inputs on PCU are consistently reading too low

Cause
There may be a short on one or more of the inputs or the power supply may have a problem.
Resolution
To check for a short in the inputs:
- Remove all the inputs
- Place one input back on the PCU
- Check the point value
- If it is normal, install and check the next input.
- Repeat through all inputs
In summary, a short in a sensor's input to the PCU will affect all inputs on that bank.
