Issue
I/NET shortcut utility in Vista 5.1 does not create shortcuts when browsing in the I/NET link.
Environment
I2V Integration
Vista 5.1
Cause
The shortcut utility will fail if there is a "\" in any of the I/NET point names contained in the .sav files. This character is not a legal character in Vista, however the shortcut utility should replace it with an "_" and it doesn't.
Resolution
- Change any "\" characters to "/"
- Re-run the wizard.
- As always, it is good practice to only use Vista legal characters when integrating anything to Vista.
