Issue
I/NET host will not save the controller’s database and navigation. I/NET seems slow. An hourglass appears for a few moments, but no new (or updated) “SAV” file is generated.

Cause
The NETCON file is probably corrupted.
Resolution
- Shut down I/NET.
- NETCON is in the “DATA” folder in I/NET. It is recommended to remove the file; but don’t delete it until you know you won’t need the old information.
- Restart I/NET, then save each layer of the new NETCON architecture.
- Don’t forget to complete this process for the sub-LAN controllers and any access-control doors too.
