Issue

TIME and NTP protocol time sync services do not exist on network and the clients for both protocols are disabled. What else could be causing the time synchronization?

Environment

I/A Series G3 ENC

Cause

Third party BACnet device with TimeSync broadcast enabled.

Resolution

Refer to the documentation for the third party BACnet controller to determine how to disable the TimeSync function.
