How to register a BACnet device as a Foreign Device with ES/AS

Resolution
- Before a device can register with ES/AS, the ES/AS has to be configured to assume the BBMD role by creating the BBMD under the IP Network of the BACnet interface. You can then examine the BDT00001 entry for the IP address and port your foreign devices will use to register.
- Configure the device to register as a foreign device with the ES/AS, in this example we have configured a bCX4040 using its configuration web page. (Note, in order to configure a bCX as a foreing device you must first disable the BBMD option in the bCX)
- If the device registration was successful, the device's IP address will appear in the foreign device table (FDT) of the ES/AS
