Issue
How do I get the Filemaster name?
Environment
I/NET network
Cause
Tech support recommends you use the static IP address of the computer you will be using as a Filemaster.
Resolution
To find the IP address of a computer:
- Right click on Network Neighborhood and scroll down to Properties.
- Under the Configuration tab you will see TCP/IP, double click it.
- IP address will be the active tab. Within it, you will see "Specify an IP address." The top address will be your IP address.
- Write down this number and type it in to the Filemaster name.
