Issue
How to clear the controller flash backup from the hardware using the reset IP switch.

Cause
Need to remove any backup in flash but has no access to the controller's web page configuration.
Resolution
Pushing and holding down the controller's reset IP switch for 30 seconds clears any backup of the database in flash in addition to resetting the IP address and ACC node id.
