Cause
Customers may want to take a backup from a site and use it on other setups. If there would be any BACnet controller under the Backup, they may need to know the process of hosting the BACnet controllers under the restored backup on the physical BACnet controllers.
Resolution
This video will demonstrate how to bring a BACnet controller online after restoring a backup.
NOTE
After matching up the Device ID of the BACnet controller under the restored server and the Object ID of the physical BACnet controller, if the hosting status shows “Not hosted”, users need to perform a "Repair Hosting". Please refer to Repair Hosting a BACnet/IP controller
