Resolution

To check the installed PME and CU versions:

1. Open the Windows search bar and type regedit.
   Press Enter to launch the Registry Editor.

2. Navigate to the following registry path:

   Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\X.X\CumulativeUpdate
   

3. Review the values listed under this path.
   These entries will indicate:

   • The installed PME version
   • The Cumulative Update (CU) version, if applicable
