Cause
For troubleshooting reasons it may be good to know how often offline BACnet devices are polled (by EcoStruxure Building Operation Servers) to check if they are back online?.
Resolution
EcoStruxure Building Operation Servers checks once per minute, using the BACnet "who-is" service to locate the device, so even if its MAC address (or IP address) has changed, the BACnet Device will be found.
A user can initiate the recheck, by selecting the "device offline" alarm and choosing "recheck" from the alarm command menu
