Resolution

Get system information using serial channel RS-232 B (See below how to connect terminal emulator to serial channel)

1. Command err a
   Displays all error messages in the system error log. Print it to terminal emulator. 
2. Command sysinfo
   Displays all system information such as software versions etc. Print it to terminal emulator.
3. Disconnect and connect power. Print what is displayed on the screen during boot to terminal emulator.
