Issue
Can not see bCX4040 in BACnet view following Find New BACnet Devices from the root. CyberStation and controller are located on the same subnet, no BBMD configuration is required.

Cause
Subnet mask mismatch between PC and bCX
Subnet mask not property configured in controller or the PC
Resolution
Login to controller's configuration web page and set the subnet mask to the appropriate value for the network.
Submit the changes and re-start the controller.
If the mismatch is on the PC side, fix it in the network properties in windows control panel.
