Issue

Although site operation appears normal, there are problems with file equalization when the desktop PC is direct connected to the NPR. Active Configuration Profile, Link type is NetPlus Router.

Cause

File equalization is not available on the workstation if your link type is NetPlus Router, Integrated Dial, or Integrated NPR dial.
