Issue
On rare occasions you will get an error during the installation of Echelon OpenLNS Server on Windows 8.1 64 bit saying that the installer can't create specific registry keys.

Cause
The user does not have permission to access those registry keys.
Resolution
- Add the registry keys manually. Alternatively, run OpenLNS on Windows 8.1 - Registry paths.zip reg file that will add the keys.
- Run the installer again.
