Error connecting to webClient after upgrade: "Class factory can't supply requested class" Webclient/accmgr.dst line 13 (or similar)

Environment

webClient

Cause

This is caused by not rebooting the IIS server when requested during the installation of the software.

Resolution

1. Reboot the IIS server
2. Make sure there are no other browsers connected to it
3. Then re-install the webClient software
