EPI Builder will not run even though the security key is enabled for badging

Keywords: account, admin, administrator, user, account, dongle, permission
Cause
The logged in user account does not have enough permission to run EPI Builder
Administrator account runs EPI Builder OK
Resolution
Give the required user account enough permission to run EPI Builder
Eg. Windows "Users" account may not have enough permission to run EPI Builder, where Windows "Power Users" normally have enough permission to run EPI Builder
