Is it possible to print alarms automatically with SBO Workstation in matrix printer whenever there is an alarm?

Cause
A number of sites still prefer to directly connect a Dot Matrix Printer to their BMS to automatically print off incoming alarms rather than using more modern emailing of alarms available from EBO.
Resolution
The following File2Printer software has been made freely available on the EcoStruxure Building Operation Community for exactly this purpose.
