Cause
Incorrect configuration of the Continuum Transition Tool
Resolution
In the 'Record Types' tab of the Continuum Transition Tool, there is a checkbox labeled 'Include Anti passback Programming' If the doors on the Continuum system are configured for anti-pass-back then the checkbox has to be ticked to match the Continuum configuration of the doors.
