Does anti-passback (APB) affect both the entry reader and the exit reader?

I/NET denies access due to anti-passback on entry readers only for safety reasons.

Resolution

I/NET denies access due to anti-passback on entry readers only. A key/card is never denied access on an exit reader. This is for safety purposes; you should always be able to exit a building.
