Issue
Do the MRs have the ability to run a time schedule without a MRI, MCI or I/SIT LAN?
Environment
I/NET MRs
Cause
If communications are lost to the MRI, MCI, or LAN, a stand alone time schedule will continue to work at the controller level.
Resolution
Yes, you can build a Standalone ATS in the MR functions editor or I/STAT.
Standalone ATS (Automatic Time Schedule) is an MR-resident ATS schedule programmed into the MRs that allows a single start stop time for each day of the week for the point designated as the master Device Control point in the MR Parameters editor. These commands are only issued if the MR and MRI/MCI are NOT communicating.
