Stopping Internet Explorer 9 Delivery through Automatic Updates

Cause
Workstation automatically updating Internet Explorer 8 to Internet Explorer 9.
Some sites will have automatic updates enabled which is some cases can update the workstation that is outside of the supported compatibility matrix.
Most validated sites will not have automatic updates turned on and as a policy most technicians have experienced issues with automatic updates turned on and will turn automatic updates off.
