This does not represent a defect in data collection or in the functionality of the Building Advisor Portal
Resolution
The limited data display is intentional and aligns with the system’s design principles. Energy providers often apply retroactive adjustments to consumption records, and interim placeholder values can be unreliable. By excluding these, the system ensures data integrity and accuracy.
