Issue
One of the established DPUs is now offline, but the other DPUs appear to be operating except the transactions have stopped coming to the host. Alarms and messages are still working. A DPU restore to the DPUs has been performed. QP has been checked, and the AC files have been repaired..

Cause
In AMT, there is most likely a Failure to Download message.
Resolution
To correct the transaction symptom
- Go to the data directory of I/NET
- Look for a file named ACSAVE.TMC
- Delete it.
