Issue
When an old OGC graphic is converted to a TGML graphic in TAC Vista the conversion will fail if the name of the OGC graphic is longer than 36 characters. The OGC to TGML converter will just close with no error message.

Cause
The OGC to TGML converter does not support OGC graphic names longer than 36 characters, but if you try converting with longer names, the converter just closes down without any error message indicating why the conversion failed. This is a defect in the OGC to TGML converter which is reported to R&D.
Resolution
Rename the OGC graphic to a name with 36 characters or less.
