Cause
Video Expert is not listed as a video integration for Continuum on the Video compatibility matrix. Is there any way to accomplish the integration?
Resolution
Continuum and a Video Expert integration is not supported natively (by R&D) like the other Pelco integrations. For Example Digital Sentry and Endura.
The Center of Excellence(CoE) team has a number of add-ons/pay-for Continuum integrations including Video Expert.
However, the Video Expert add-on integration has not been updated since 2018, so the integration is no longer compatible with the current version of Video Expert.
Unfortunately, with Continuum end-of-life approaching the CoE team are no longer upgrading any legacy integration software versions.
