Cause
The most common cause of this error message is duplicate alias names. For example, a controller object named "W Lobby" and a door object in the controller named "WLobby" (without the space) will have the same alias (WLobby).
Resolution
Rename one of the duplicate objects so that the alias is unique to the system.
