Can the manual override switches on the I/O modules still be used if the device is broken?

We want to be able to control the outputs on an I/O even if the I/O module is broken.

Cause

The switches for manual override on the I/O modules needs power to be able to operate.

Resolution

The switches on the I/O modules that are used for manual override internally controls relays, that need to be powered to be able to operate.
