Can I run multiple connections with Remote Desktop Services or Microsoft Terminal Server Services to allow more simultaneous sessions of I/A Series G3 Workbench on a computer?
Environment
I/A Series G3 Enterprise Network Server, ENS, Workbench
Cause
This occurs when a computer with a single Enterprise Server is configured with Remote Desktop or Terminal Server Services to allow multiple users to have concurrent sessions of the Workbench running simultaneously.
Resolution
The Tridium EULA (End User License Agreement) does not permit Workbench concurrent sessions. Per the EULA, each session should originate from a separately purchased and licensed version of Workbench.
