Issue
Have some values being pushed to a BACnet Loytec L-VIS device via mirrored point in the AS, after the L-VIS screen is powered down/up the bound values are pushed on the next change, for analog value this does not present a big problem as they change frequently, but for binary values is a problem.

Cause
Guaranteed transfer has not been configured on the binding.
Resolution
Set a transfer interval in 'Guaranteed transfer even if value has not changed'
In the example below, the value will be pushed out once a minute regardless of whether it has changed or not.
