Issue
The Bluetooth adapter fails to power on when connected to the SmartX Sensor.

Cause
The “Commissioning Tool Enable” property is set to Off, which prevents the Bluetooth adapter from receiving power.
Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Open WorkStation.
- Navigate to the Sensor Bus Settings.
- Locate the “Commissioning Tool Enable” property.
- Set the property to On.
- Save the changes and verify that the Bluetooth adapter powers on.
