Cause
Configuration issue will not allow proper communications on Bacnet protocol
Resolution
The third party Bacnet Gateway devices were setup as foreign device registration and not properly configured. Foreign Device registration is not needed on a single subnet bacnet setup. Disabled foreign device registration and Bacnet communications is now properly established.
Also check that the correct subnet mask has been entered for the network
