Cause
The Controller is likely to be in bootloader mode, this can be confirmed by looking at the CPU flash speed.
If you can count the flashes it is likely to be in bootloader mode see CPU LED flashing rate
Resolution
Reflash the controller OS with the firmware compatible with the Continuum installation on site, using "Update b3 OS" or ""Update Infinet2 OS"
NOTE - An ACX57 with Comm1 set to Infinet is unlikely to be able to communicate with an i2 device in bootloader mode, in this case an NC2 or other NetController may be required
