BACnet alarm Change Of State 'Alarm On' field is blank in the Algorithm page.

Cause
BACnet alarm type must match the type of point that is associated with the alarm in the AlarmEnrollment object. For example, a Change Of State alarm requires a binary point.
Resolution
Make the object BACnet object type match the alarm event type (Change of State, Change of Value, Out of Range etc).
In this example of a Change of State BACnet alarm, when the appropriate binary point is associated with the alarm, the 'Alarm On' field looks like this:
