At what height can the LON Multi-Sensor LA-21 be mounted and still be effective?

Cause

 The manual states ranges at a mounting height of 2.5m but does not specify a maximum height.

Resolution

The LON Multi-Sensor LA-21 (MTN880541) cannot be used for mounting heights above 3 m because the sensitivity will be reduced too much. At a mounting height of, for example, 12 m the device will detect almost no movement.
