Environment
WorkPlace Tech 3.2 service pack 1
Visio 2000
Cause
File corrupt
File opened with a different version of Visio (than the one used with WorkPlace Tech 3.2sp1 which is Visio 2000)
Resolution
Use a backup file or rebuild application from scratch.
Copy paste anything that can be re-used.
