Issue
Alarm DB View Filter only works for timestamp. Other filter properties do not work. Below is an example of filtering the Source to find any alarms with the '1' in the source name. However, the results still include alarm with source names that do not contain '1'.
Environment
I/A Series G3 version 3.5 and 3.6
Cause
This is a known issue in the above versions of I/A Series G3.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in I/A Series G3 version 3.7.10 and above. Schneider Electric has released I/A Series 3.7.46 and 3.7.106 and they are available for download from The Exchange Download Center.
It is recommended that you use the latest release version which is 3.7.106 as it includes many fixes for other issues.
