Issue
When any LON device is power cycled the nvi values will change to invalid / null / last changed / default value.

Cause
- Using the device for the first time or after re-flashing the firmware.
- Power cycling the device.
Resolution
If nvi has any binding it receives the value from source nvo.
If nvi does not have the binding then manually set the value.
If nvi is a multistate SNVT it returns to default value.
