Issue

Activating the release to exit button failed to open the door

Environment

Access/Door Editor

Cause

Two definitions in the Access/Door Editor make the release button fail to open the door: door release and door strike.

Resolution

1. Define the door release switch in the Access\Door Editor.
   This switch can either be Normally Open NO, or Normally Closed NC
2. Define the door strike in the access\door editor as BOTH
