Issue
A previously functional MNL controller is not communicating and the RED LED is on solid.
Environment
MNL controllers - all revisions
Cause
Internal hardware failure
Resolution
The solid RED LED indicates that the LON processor Neuron application is not running. This is a hardware failure and is not field repairable. Replace the controller.
