Issue
A Niagara R2 / ASD integration has two ASD services but serial tunneling only works with one service.
Environment
Niagara 522 or higher
Cause
Both services cannot support tunneling simultaneously.
Resolution
Enable tunneling on one ASD service at a time. Leaving both services enabled for tunneling will only allow the first ASD service to allow a tunnel connection.
A station restart may be required.
