voice over IP calls

Hello everybody,

since days I'm trying to make voice over IP calls possible in hurghada, egypt since I work for a german company in customer support and have to call there. 

I tried the webphones MicroSip, Phonerlite and Zoiper5. They don't connect. zoiper5 shows me the error code 408 (request timeout). 

I already enabled sip alg in my huawei HG633 wifi router and corrected the local port. Still the same problem. 

Voice over IP calls can't be blocked here as well because I am able to use the 'sipgate softphone' which is also a webphone and can make calls with this in germany.

Does anyone know which settings or whatever could be responsible for this problem?
