plc errs led flashing
Hello everyone,
I’m currently facing an issue with my Schneider M241 PLC, and I’m hoping someone here might be able to help. The problem is as follows:
The ERR LED on the PLC is red and flashing rapidly. According to the manual, this indicates an internal error. Steps I’ve Taken So Far:
When I power cycle the PLC (turn it off and back on), the error disappears, and the PLC works normally for a while.
Checked the wiring and connections to ensure everything is properly connected.

Checked the wiring and connections to ensure everything is properly connected. Tried reloading the application program via EcoStruxure Machine Expert, but the error remains. Verified that the firmware version is up to date. Despite these attempts, the error is still present. I suspect it could be related to the system configuration or possibly a hardware issue, but I’m not sure how to proceed.
Additional Information:
There is no visible fault or damage on the hardware. The system was working fine until this issue occurred unexpectedly. I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to diagnose or resolve this error. If anyone has encountered a similar issue, your advice would be invaluable!
Thank you in advance for your support!

As per the information provided by you I suggest you to dump a sample program with a new configuration. Then check the error still exists. If it still exists try with new configuration by excluding the expansion modules. Check like wise by adding modules one after the other. Hope it may help
