After modifying a program and downloading it to a SR3B261BD with a SR2COM01 unit I can no longer open the saved file or upload from the Zelio, all I get is a message saying "Attempted to access an unnamed file past its end"

Anyone got any ideas or had this issue before?

I have tried uploading using an older version of the software but it flags up a firmware issue.
